CliqLabs provides GoHighLevel white-label support, done-for-you client onboarding, GHL theme builder, and related agency services. All services are provided on a subscription or per-order basis as described on our pricing pages.
By providing your phone number to CliqLabs, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages and other electronic communications from us. These messages may include transactional information such as account updates, appointment reminders, receipts, and support communications, as well as promotional and marketing messages.

The Site and all of its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and code) are owned by CLIQ LABS BY CHICAGOLAND PROMOTIONS LTD and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
To ensure all users have equitable access to our services, CliqLabs maintains a fair use policy. We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate services to users who abuse or misuse our platform in ways that negatively impact other customers or our ability to deliver services. Reasonable use guidelines apply to all support plans.
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLIQ LABS BY CHICAGOLAND PROMOTIONS LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF OUR SERVICES.
CliqLabs reserves the right to change or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
