Refund Policy

Our Commitment

At CliqLabs, we are committed to delivering high-quality GoHighLevel white-label services. We stand behind our work and want every customer to be satisfied. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our various products and services.

Subscription Plans (24/7 Support & Theme Builder)

Our subscription-based services — including 24/7 White-Label Support and Theme Builder plans — are billed on a monthly or annual basis.

  • Monthly Plans: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period.
  • Annual Plans: Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 7 days from the purchase date. If you cancel within 7 days of your annual purchase and have not used the service, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Service Issues: If you experience significant service disruption due to a fault on our end, we will issue a pro-rated credit or refund at our discretion.

Client Onboarding Packs

Onboarding packs (Pack of 4, Pack of 10, Pack of 25) are non-refundable once purchased, as they represent reserved capacity from our onboarding team.

  • Unused Sessions: Unused onboarding sessions never expire and remain in your account indefinitely.
  • Completed Sessions: Completed onboarding sessions are non-refundable.
  • Scheduled but not attended: If a client does not attend a scheduled call without 24 hours notice, that session will be forfeited. We will accommodate one reschedule per session with at least 24 hours notice.

Branded Videos

Video production orders are non-refundable once production has begun. If you cancel your order before production begins (within 24 hours of purchase), you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Pre-production cancellation: Full refund within 24 hours of purchase if production has not started
  • During production: No refunds once production has commenced
  • Quality issues: If the delivered video does not meet the agreed specifications, we will revise it at no additional cost

Disputes & Chargebacks

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly at thecliqlabs@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.

Initiating an unjustified chargeback may result in suspension or termination of your CliqLabs account and access to all services.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  • Email us at thecliqlabs@gmail.com
  • Include your full name, order number or email used at purchase, and reason for the refund request
  • We will review your request and respond within 2 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method

Changes to This Policy

CliqLabs reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
