Onboarding packs (Pack of 4, Pack of 10, Pack of 25) are non-refundable once purchased, as they represent reserved capacity from our onboarding team.
Video production orders are non-refundable once production has begun. If you cancel your order before production begins (within 24 hours of purchase), you are eligible for a full refund.
We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly at thecliqlabs@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
Initiating an unjustified chargeback may result in suspension or termination of your CliqLabs account and access to all services.
